The Registration Fee is due as a flat fee at active enrollment and covers the entire family account.

If you take a break, you are not required to pay the Registration Fee if you return within that same year.

Registration Fee is taken each year on your anniversary of enrollment, but you are not charged if not actively enrolled at the time of your anniversary.

Registration Fee is due at your second Drop In lesson or Trial if not actively enrolled.

Registration Fee is due at Camp sign up.

REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE.

Whether a student attends or not, you are paying for the spot itself. 

Some months have five lessons, you will be charged on the first of each month for the number of lessons within that month.

Teachers are not guaranteed. 

Swimming is an art, not a science. Each student will progress at their own pace. Please feel free to ask any questions, we are happy to support.

We are not a “Drop Off” facility, a parent or guardian is required to be on-site for the duration of a student’s lesson. 

Pictures or videos that capture the image of another student or an instructor without proper consent is prohibited.

Parents are allowed up to 10 minutes of physical deck time, beyond that, they must remain in waiting/viewing areas. 

Parents must not talk to instructors during their shift, they must coordinate communications via customer service staff. 

Students must remain clothed in shower areas.

Students under 3 years of age and those who are not potty trained must have a non-disposable and disposable swim diaper.

Those over 6 years of age must utilize gender assigned restrooms. 

Three active enrollments on one account results in a 10% discount per Billing Cycle.

Must be formally submitted 30 days prior to the requested end date via written email or form provided at the front desk.

Cancellations provided before the Bill Cycle of their final lesson day will be prorated accordingly.

Cancellations provided after the Bill Cycle of their final lesson day will be provided with a credit on their Sutton Swim School account for future use

1 documented reported expected absences per month may be redeemed for makeup lesson.

To redeem your makeup, you must first physically miss the lesson. 

Expected absences are redeemable for a 1-month period 

Makeups may not be booked outside of a 7-day window.

Makeups may not be rescheduled for any reason.

Scheduling must have written confirmation via email.

Makeups are not transferable from student to student.

May not be used towards active enrollments.

Makeups may only be booked with an accompanying active enrollment on the account.

Cannot be scheduled more than 7-days in advance.

If transfer results in a 5th lesson within the Bill Cycle, student must be charged for additional lessons. 

If transfer results in under 4 total lessons for the month, client will be credited on their swim account for the 4th lesson.
