What to Know
A non-refundable booking deposit and a refundable cleaning deposit are required to secure your reservation. The cleaning deposit will be returned provided the facility is left clean and undamaged.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. Additional guest fees, optional rentals and a mandatory service charge apply in accordance with the party agreement.
Parties may be rescheduled with at least 14 days' notice. If less than 14 days' notice is given, the booking deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
You may access the facility 15 minutes before your scheduled start time for setup. All cleanup and departure must be completed by the scheduled end time. Late-departure fees apply if guests remain beyond the agreed finish time.
How It Works
Choose from 2-hour, 2.5-hour or 3-hour party packages, with each package accommodating up to 15 children.
Additional swimmers and extra time can be arranged, subject to availability.
Every party includes private use of our pool, pool toys and flotation items, our table and chairs and two folding tables.
Families are responsible for bringing their own food, drinks, plates, cups, utensils and napkins. Please note that refrigerator and freezer space is not available.
Optional extras, including a ping pong table and parachute, are available to enhance your celebration!
Safety & Supervision
Our on-deck staff help facilitate pool activities and support the smooth running of your party. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.
A responsible adult from the hosting family must remain on site for the entire party. Children who cannot swim independently must have a parent in the pool with them, and infants and toddlers must be in the water with a parent at all times.
All guests must follow our pool safety rules. Running, diving, rough play, climbing on equipment and use of the deep end are not permitted. Swim tests are not offered during parties.
